Hi all. I have been trying to create a virtual machine running windows 10X64 on my macbook pro using an external drive. I go through all the necessary steps and choose the correct OS but when finished, it does not install windows from the iso. How can I get VMware Fusion 7.1.2 to use my external USB drive as the windows partition and install to it? Can this be done or am I asking something of the program that is impossible?
