I had millions of problems with my watch. Some reported and some not.
But they were all fixed by doing a restore on the phone from my Icloud
backup and completely resetting the watch to factory defaults. I was
sad to lose my data but the performance improvements have been
remarkable. It didn't take long to do either one but I hope I don't
have to do it again. Everything just hums or haptics along though now.
