So, it is a lot looser than it use to be. Also, if there is an NDA in place for something prerelease, you should see the following at the beginning and end of the release notes: THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS MESSAGE IS UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE Just don’t post screen shots or distribute any binaries. Read your legal agreements carefully. If in Doubt, the developer forms are also a very useful resource for discussing issues with the betas.
