I know this is a mac list, but since Jonathan did a podcast on the 6s Plus, I thought I would send along a tip. There is nothing to say an app does not work to bring up the contectual menu, but there is a definite difference in the feel of the vibration. When an app will not work, the vibration is longer by a bit and there are 2 beats to it. When it works there is only one small beat. When you immediately swipe to the right the contectual menu is right there. It is wonderful for calendar and notes and reminders. Hope this helps someone.
