Chris, that wasn't rude at all. That is a valid question. A question that I 
don't know the answer to, but a friend of mine said that companies don't like 
giving refunds if they can fix issues. We'll just have to wait and see. They're 
from Scotland so I'll know if they'll give me a refund or not tomorrow.
