Hi Anne, I’m not Jessica, but I would not mind having clear cut instructions on how to go about a clean install. I have had my Mac Book Pro reset to Yosemite and am very Leary about trying to re-install El Cap again. Until subscribing to this list I never heard of a “clean install” and it does sound rather daunting. I’m not sure I want to go back to El Capitan, but at some point in time I would think Apple will release a better update that works properly with VO.
