Hi Anne,

I’m not Jessica, but I would not mind having clear cut instructions on how to
go about a clean install. I have had my Mac Book Pro reset to Yosemite and am
very Leary about trying to re-install
El Cap again. Until subscribing to this list I never heard of a “clean
install” and it does sound rather daunting. I’m not sure I want to go back to
El Capitan, but at some point in time I would think Apple will release a better
update that works properly with VO.

Thanks,

Eileen

Hello Jessica,

If you just did an update to Yosemite, you should try doing a clean install of
El Capitan. I’ve seen so much trouble with this update that I would discourage
anyone from doing a simple update rather than a clean install.

If you need instructions, I’ll post them.

Cheers,

Anne
