Pablo, I saved Cheryl's message. I thought I had been doing what she suggested, but without her results. There has since been another update iTunes on the Mac, at least one. I am going to take her message and go step-by-step and see if I was doing something wrong. I just haven't been back on the Mac very much lately. I find myself doing more and more on my eye devices and less and less on the Mac itself. Mary
