Good Tuesday Morning, I’ve run into an issue on the BMO-Harris “Bill Pay” page; the problem is that when I attempt to use the “Pay A Single Bill” scenario several of the required fields (date, amount) remain dimmed no matter what I try to do to remedy the situation. Other fields (payee, paying account, category) are readily accessed.
A friend has told me that although VO is reading the field labels the focus is not truly on the given field.
