Well, yeah... if you're using a beta, then God only knows. Betas can be promed
to have issues like this.
I assure you that on 10.11.3 this issue is not occurring, at least not on any
of my 3 mac systems that I've obtained over the years, it's not.

I'm not exactly sure I follow. On my end, Voiceover tells me when I hit a
text field in Chrome, so I'm not really sure where you're getting that that
doesn't work.
