Yeah, I was able to use the older version of AHJP back when you created
sessions, but ever since they changed it, I can't get my head around it. Maybe
I'm just stupid though. LOL! :)

The only thing is that the company no longer sells older version of Hijack I
believe, I could be wrong about this. The only difficult part about Hijack is
setting up a audio block, but with Vo it’s completely accessible, and they do
provide you with several templates to choose from, which also includes Vo-IP
apps like Skype. The Hijack Pro 2 is not really meant to work on OS X version
higher than 10.10 Yosemite so the compatibility might be reduced than newer
Hijack v3, but both versions could probably do the job. It’s heck of a lot
better than other cheep Skype recorders out there.
