docuscan plus will do this.. You can also recognize pdf’s with abby fine
reader. I think ibooks will also do this.

what is going to be the easiest way to do this. This needs to be done
fairly urgently. The document is pretty much plaintext, and actually was
written by a blind individual, so it's not like it has a bunch of
graphics or anything of sort in it.
