Hi Sadam, my advice would be to think about what your needs are. How much battery life do you need? What do you plan to do on the computer? Personally, I switched from a MacBook to a MacBook air about four years ago, and haven't regretted it for a minute. I love the smaller size and the lighter weight, and it does everything I need. However, you do get slightly less battery life, if that's an issue. Another drawback to the MacBook air is that you can't replace or upgrade individual components. So if something happens to it, your whole computer is trashed. You cannot upgrade the memory. Or the processor. So if you get a MacBook air, think about what your needs are now and what they are likely to be in the future, and buy accordingly. Cheers, Donna
