labour and the happiest, most plentiful consumers on the planet.  You got a 
problem with money, bro?

Serves them (Apple) right. It’s a dirty and unfair world, but Apple made the 
choice to do business with these authoritarians.

* I like the term “authoritarianism” better, because that’s what most 
acquisitive types seem to mean when they speak of “socialism”.  Socialism, of 
course, is no bad thing, and need not be incompatible with capitalism.  China 
is a favourite destination because, basically, unfair trade is the norm; 
indeed, it actually symbolises the very worst of laissez-faire capitalism.  Who 
are we to complain that China has the cheapest labour, while advocating an 
aggressive policy of neoliberalism for ourselves?
