Hey the easiest way is to just add to your dropbox but if you want to import directly in to iTunes then connect your iPhone via the usb to your mac, sorry if you are asking about a PC but I would assume it is the same process. Once connected go to the bar that lists photos and how much space is taking up music, etc, hit the apply or sync button and let your phone sync after finishing all your notes from the iPhone will be listed in notes on your computer.
