Just trying to get mail to work right here. For what it’s worth, if anyone is interested I have an entirely open source exchange alternative running that supports EAS including native active sync with your apple devices. The Mac still needs to use IMAP as EWS isn’t supported in the tool I’m using but i think I can add that as a second set of packages which is the next thing to attempt. Anyway, if anyone is looking for a replacement to exchange so they don’t have to make the gates family any richer than they already are SOGo combined with dovecot, postfix and a few other gimmicks makes for a nice option.
