I don't think you do. SSH requires that you already know the IP you're trying 
to talk to. Once you're in, there's not really screen reader friendly or not, 
because everything happens in the terminal. There are no graphics, no apps that 
aren't also driven by text commands, nothing but terminal commands. Once you 
SSH in, you're using the environment on the remote machine. For instance, if I 
SSH into a Linux box on Windows, I'm using Bash commands, because Bash is 
running on Linux. Windows doesn't have it, but my remote Linux machine does, 
and that's all that matters. it's like remote control, but driven solely by the 
command line.
