Well, so far as I understand it, the principal differences between the online 
version and the app store version has to do with setting up cropping of stills 
and images.  That appears to be the only difference I could find out.

Yeah, Screenflow will suit your needs just fine.  My belief is that the devs 
are not just willing, but eggre to improve the accessibility of screenflow to 
give us access to stuff like editing in the text box area, transitional fades 
between clips and so forth.  Most recently, I had an e-mail from tech support 
where they actually are actively trying Screenflow with Voice Over on to better 
learn what the current issues are and how best to resolve them.
