OK. Go to Settings on your phone.
Once in here, double tap on ICloud.
Now, under ICloud, don't double tap on the icon with your Apple ID e-mail
address. Instead, keep flicking down. It's a ways down in this screen, but
you should see something about backup. Double tap on this.
Now, flick down and you should see something that says stop ICloud restore.
Double tap that, and then confirm.
Now, go back under settings, to general, then software update.
Now! try to do it, and I'll betcha it'll work.
