I’m guessing that’s the best we can do, but I’m betting it doesn’t address the source of the annoyance. It happens in Nightowl too. When you’re scrolling through the tweets VO interrupts what is currently being spoken to say, “one row added.” If your feed is particularly active it can be a real problem. In a quick run through the preferences panel I didn’t see a way to turn off live streaming in Twitter. That would address the issue if there’s a way to do it.
