(smiles) Its fun to dream, fun to watch Star Trek (I have both the TNG and Voyager series) and so much we see today used to be science fiction like the Dick Tracy watch.

Meanwhile... we still need to make use of what is now in our hands. What will make me believe that the not yet released technology is going to solve issues I have with today's products? We can dream but let's wake up and help solve problems right now.

I know, E.T> came down and set us straight.

Could be me watching way to much Star Trek this weekend though as well. If
there’s anything that will make you feel positive and excited about the future
it’s Star Trek, even the original series which I’ve been watching since
Thursday (the 50th anniversary). It’s a real hoot to watch the old show and
see how much stuff we have today that’s better than they portrayed on the show.
I’d rather have my iPhone than the communicator any day, IBM has successfully
beamed photons and pure elements, you’ve got the sprays the doctor uses in wide

If we could only extract the warp drive from Area 51 and release it for general
use we’d have something.;)

see where my new embosser is and when I will get it, I will move to other
present day issues. Its more productive to live in the moment.

this will do.

About the NDA, are you saying that only the blind/visually impaired are
accepted into the beta program? Makes not a bit of sense.

supposed to be this NDA hush-hush. But everything is all over the
mainstream press. The only exception is access ability, because the
mainstream doesn't care about it. And we're not supposed to talk about
it, because some people still think there's an actual NDA in effect. It

Mary, well said and so true. We used to have no idea what was coming

Anybody remember the cell phones apple left around the bay area to
create publicity? The first was a legitimate mistake where an
engineer left his phone in a bar and it wasn’t out yet. The next year
that happened though was faked / staged.

Now you have a picture of the new phone almost as soon as the present
model is released.

Great point Mary.

Yes, but they wait until the official release date to tell you the
accessibility features because they're still under NDA like

else. Alex Hall can confirm this.
