hi, I'd first restart your iDevice, then wait a few minutes after it's started up to allow it to sync, then check. If that doesn't fix things, go into iCloud in settings and turn off iCloud Drive, back out of settings then go in again and re-enable it. All iCloud data is stored up in the Cloud anyway, so loss of data won't happen.
