Hi Donna. Last week I connected my new 7 + to my Mac to get a ring tone as I have a favourite ring tone that someone sent me many years ago and it's still my favourite ring tone. I don't know why I can't just open the same ring tone which is in ICloud to get it in to my ring tones so I need to connect to Itunes for that one item. Sorry for all that, let's get back to your question.
