Hmm, I think I understand your question and I believe there are two possible answers neither of which you would like.
My understanding of the scenario is that you are logging into your account and then you get a warning that you logged into your account. Since you know you logged into your account you are finding this redundant. Now since you are using private browsing no cookies or certificates on your computer are available to provide to the server so the service provider (iCloud ) has no way of knowing that this is from a standard computer. In fact with IPv6 and Sierra the computer will change its source address almost every time you connect in order to prevent tracking by ethernet's MAC address. Now to the solutions: 1. Don't use private browsing. I 2. Tell Apple to never warn you Obviously you understand why you are using private browsing so you would not want to change that. And you would not want to disable the security notifications (which I am not sure if Apple / iCloud even allows) because then you would not know if your account is being compromised. What I would suggest is to create a mail rule for those messages about a login and have the mail rule play a sound and then delete the message you could have it place something in notification center if you can do some simple Apple Scripting. Then if you get a login to server sound that you did not expect you will be can investigate and other wise your time won't be wasted deleting the security notifications.
