Hmm, let's see here. It's been a while since I initially installed Flash. I know the updater is accessible, I mean, yeah, you gotta tab. VOing around the screen won't cut it for some weird reason, but you're trying to install from scratch... Hmm. Let me think...

How about this: Have you tried maybe tabbing to that checkbox, routing the mouse with VO+Command+F5, then doing a VO+Shift+Space to click?

What version are you running of OSX? I'd not think that would matter, honestly, but, just in case it does...

I am trying to install flash on my mac. However in the installation window, I am unable to check the box for accepting the terms of service thereby not being able to complete the installation. How does one go about selecting the check box? Note, I can only get to it by tabbing. When I tried swiping on the track pad, nothing would happen. Likewise for VO left and right arrow. when I tried to press space or return on the checkbox, nothing would happen. for some reason, voiceover focus isn’t switching to it from what I can tell.
