If you find one I wouldn’t mind knowing. In the meantime, the 2 most popular meters for diabetics who are blind are either the “Solus V2” by Bio-reference or the Prodigy Meter. A lot of companies push a cheaper Meter that does not have as much functionality for a blind diabetic called the Embrace. The embrace does not read aloud the results off that meter’s memory.
