Hi Donna,

You mean below that touch button?

Or the standard + on the number row.

But yeah it’s a great new feature I wasn’t aware of.

Thanks, Simon, this is helpful. As for the volume control, find the Plus key.
It's right above that.
Cheers,
Donna

Hi listers,

I just thought I’d pass on a little tip that I found today while playing with
one of the new touch bar mac book pro machines.

Those who have the new MBP have probably found this and others may already have
read about it.

The ability to turn on VoiceOver or one of the other accessibility features
isn’t as difficult as we first thought due to no function keys being avaible.

I found today that if you triple press the button in the top right hand corner
I believe it’s the one for the finger print sensor or was formily the eject
button on the older machines,
It gives a menu with spoken prompts for all the accessibility features
And then allows you to tab through the list and use the space bar to enable the
feature you require

All with a voiceover like prompt speaking each of the options tabbed to.

Ok so you could just add in the command key and the top right key and get VO
straight away but I just thought this feature was a very cool inclusion making
life a bit easier

Now If I could just find the short cut keys for turning up volume then it might
be easier again,
Tapping the touch bar and then sliding to the volume up touch pad area isn’t as
easy as it appears

Have a good day everyone and hope this is a usefull tip.
