I used Audio Book Builder once last year, and I recall the process being extremely simple and pleasant. I had MP3s of CD-based audio books, each book stored in its own folder in about 20 files. The app did exactly what it said it would, with no major accessibility problems I can recall. Plus, it's only $5. I seem to remember a podcast on the app, but I can't find it now.
