Hi, Google Drive is quite usable through iOS, but also quite usable on your Mac with both Safari and Google Chrome. Using a combination of tab key presses and arrow keys as well as VO navigation is helpful. The difficulty arises often when opening the Docs, Sheets and such that are often stored within the Google Drive. I find that Chrome with ChromeVox is better at managing the Docs and such, although, again, a combination of ChromeVox and VO usually works best for me.
