the USB 3 model to my wish list on Amazon. Nut sure yet what I will do
as the current data now exceeds the old drive.

That should be your high-water mark. You can find tons of cases on
Amazon for $10 from companies you never heard of, so who knows if they
are any good. Still, USB cases are a commodity so you might just take a
chance on one and see what happens, especially if you already have
