Hi, sort of. From that link, you are being invited to have a Premium membership. The Premium membership has a monthly fee and you are offered your first month for free. That's why you are also asked for credit card info. You can accept this, then make sure that you change it down to a regular account prior to the 30 day trial ending. Alternatively, you can just sign up yourself, without the invitation eMail from Kliphton. this will not give Kliphton the invitation rewards, but it's the same thing in the end.
