I mention this here because these network changes benefit everyone. Apple is also mentioned in the article about supporting some of these upcoming features. T-Mobile is making the most and most exciting changes, AT&T plans on catching up sometime next year when everyone will have passed them again (pitiful) and Sprint is doing a bunch of nothing adding a higher power transmission system but not greatly improving their network performance. Also mentions some roll out of initial 5G features on AT&T’s part in limited markets. Read more here.
