Thisis myt approach 3 2 1 backup. That mean 3 version  of  anything , 2 
different sources  that being external drive, ddvd, or usb key, one  backup 
storage in the cloud. That backup approach has been thought to me by pros in 
the photo industry who follow this approach.

    I am not a speed demon. I plan tasks so I can walk away and do some fun 
things like watching tv or sleeping. Been times I knew a task might take hours 
so I do those at night.

    I had a WD drive go south and it had data not stored elsewhere. So I am now 
a believer in redundancy. This is why I am more concerned about the reliability 
factor.
