Hi, Hold down VO-cmd and press the left or right arrow keys until you hear VO announce "volume". Then press VO-cmd-up or down to adjust. This will only adjust the VO volume, not the System volume with one caveat. When turning it up, once the VO volume reaches 100%, continuing to increase the VO volume will also increase the System volume.
