Hi,
Would someone mind doing me a favor?
I believe many here realize I am not fully an apple user for other physical reasons, some I am happy to say I am in the process transforming. Still, Scott, here in Canada accessibility is already a human right, truth be told it is also in the state of new York. Anyway, I am wondering if anyone would kindly send me a transcript or mp3, or better yet .aif copy of that interview? I am presently at the Canadian human rights tribunal with a successful accessibility case against TD Bank, who has presence legally on both sides of the border. I suspect there is something in that recording worth including in mediation documents I am preparing. One issue I find time and time again is how, even if well meaning, swiftly individuals, and companies generalize access, i. e. all those sharing a label accommodate the same. The terrific thing about seasoning the discussion with human right, is that it also includes individual human dignity, i. e. at the most basic levels, no two humans are the same even if they share the label of being human.
Any takers?
Thanks,
Karen

This was a very interesting listen. I like the attitude of accessibility being
a human right. Very interesting position from a major tech player.
