I've tried Stanza, Read2Me and Kobo. Kobo is the best, Read2Me is good but you 
can't adjust the voice speed unless you use the built-in voice, in which case 
you can't pause and resume. This isn't too drastic as the app divides books 
into fairly small chunks, however, these breaks frequently come in the middle 
of a sentence. Stanza is awkward to use as you have to turn VoiceOver off to 
turn pages, then turn it back on again.
