ƒhello i am trying to find my way around the mac os again after a long time out but i am having a lot of trouble so i need hints on where to start i think a fresh install of the os would help because i cannot get my caps lock to work on any keyboard i have connected so where can i get a step by step guide to reinstall a fresh os i am using a mid 2012 mac book pro so any help would be most grateful wayne c
