Hi,

I don't see why not.  If you have the space, you can do whatever you want.  the 
folder should be in your Home directory, iTunes, iTunes Media, then Movies.  If 
you have your iCloud storage plan set to optimize your computer, then it should 
mostly keep those items up in the Cloud as opposed to locally.  You may get a 
little duplication of space since there in your Home directory and in iCloud, 
but it shouldn't be a big deal.
