Yes, and even better, they have call-in phone numbers in many countries. All 
call-in numbers take one to the sam conference system. Their free system only 
permits conferences up to one hour in length, and a maximum of 15 attendees. 
Their paid service permits unlimited length conferences, and the lowest paid 
service permits up to 50 attendees (if memory serves). They are not very 
expensive, and a paid account lasts 30 days per pay period (as of a year ago). 
I believe they also have annual plans.
