Hi Donna, There are two ways to do it. If you hold the function key down and then press any number on the numbers row of the keyboard, that number will be the corresponding Function key. Therefore the command is FN-Shift-VO-3. The other way is to do the same configuration and double tap the F3 on the Touch Bar while holding down the keyboard keys. There will be an F3 option on the Touch Bar since the function key is being used in the command.
