Hello Lois and All,

After having received all of your replies, I used Siri to set a custom time.
Subsequently, the custom timer function, as described in my original post, now
works perfectly.

Very weird, to say the least.

Thank you all for your help on this one.

Mark

Hi Mark,

I haven't tried doing it that way, but I have successfully used Siri on my
watch to set a timer many times.

Take care,
Lois

Subject: Is There a Bug in the Watch OS Timer App?

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday, I attempted, without success, to set a custom countdown time via the
timer app, on my Apple Watch running the latest OS.

Try as I may, I could not activate the Start button as it remained, dimmed.

Steps to reproduce:

1.
Using the Timer Complication, launch the Timer app.

2.
Select Custom.

3.
Set any time interval and attempt to activate the Start button.

Can anyone reproduce this bug?

Perhaps it has already been posted to the list?

Thank you,

Mark
