Well, I contacted the vendor and found out two things: 1. TextWrangler has been replaced with the free version of BBEdit. 2. The main window will not work with VoiceOver and they have no plans to change that. BBEdit say they can't use the standard text tools in Cocoa and they seemed uninteresting in wrapping their own accessibility layer.
