Hi, I use Google Meet, or Google Hangout and find them to be perfectly usable. As in many Google products in the G Suite, they are often not particularly intuitive to the VO user, but with the Item Chooser and such, they are totally usable. Connecting is easy, toggling on/off both the mic and camera are also easy to reach.
