The reasonable solution from Apple would be a verbosity setting that doesn’t read element labels. There are times that I would turn the reading of them off. Like reading lots of emails that I just want to read from start to finish and they have so many tables just to place their graphics in. I would love to just read through without all that information but then be able to turn it back on easily when I need it.
