The reasonable solution from Apple would be a verbosity setting that doesn’t 
read element labels. There are times that I would turn the reading of them off. 
Like reading lots of emails that I just want to read from start to finish and 
they have so many tables just to place their graphics in. I would love to just 
read through without all that information but then be able to turn it back on 
easily when I need it.
