Hi Donna, this is been going on for a while. And I don’t have an iPhone X. So it is not something about your specific iPhone model. I guess it’s a voiceover bug. It’s been months. I can’t remember when it started. I have seen talk about it on another list. It’s been reported through the beta cycle, and they haven’t fixed it. Mary
