I disable the universal Macintosh keystrokes like command-tab in the VM
and make the VM view a Full screen view. When doing this, the only
things that MacOS will interpret while in Windows are the Caps Lock and

control-command followed by command-tab to switch back into Macintosh

or use the three or 4 finger swipe left / right gestures from System
Settings - trackpad - More Gestures
So when I go into the More gestures area and change those three finger
swipe left/right to four finger swipe left/right I can easily swipe
right to go to MacOS and swipe left with four fingers to go to Windows.
