Have you taken some canned air to it? The 2016-2017 Pro keyboards have become well-known for susceptibility to dust and debris causing major problems for keys. An official repair is ideal, but is also very expensive outside of warranty. If you can fix the problem with canned air or some other method, that's the best way to go. Of course, you can always use external keyboards, but that's hardly a good solution for what is supposed to be a portable computer.
