Hi, What is likely happening in your case has to do with the VO cursor. In the Navigation category of the VO Utility, if your mouse pointer ignores the VO cursor, then the VO-shift-space that Brian mentioned does not click the correct area. You can do a few different things here. First, you could change that setting in the VO Utility to have the mouse pointer follow the VO cursor, then when you perform the VO-shift-space the touch-tones should work. Alternatively, when you make the call, there is a special notification that is displayed, so, press VO-n to bring focus to that notification area, press VO-cmd-f5 to bring the mouse to the VO cursor, then perform the VO-shift-space as mentioned. In either case, the touch-tone should work for you.
