Mary Jo, Not totally sure, but with banking web sites, when you change your web browser its as though you have switched to a new computer. When I first used Chrome to log into my banks web site, it recognized that things were not the same and it had me go through a security process where I had to enter a code they texted me. Perhaps the problem was something similar. Although, it sounds like your transactions went through.

I first started paying bills with Google Chrome and used it for other things. Now Google Chrome is acting weird and not even showing me the links that I need to use to get to things. Last night I made Internet Explorer my default browser and tried to pay my bills three different times. I tried it on another computer today and when I got to Make Payments, it took me out of the payments section. When I called the bank,, they said that all of my payments registered and went through. However, I should be able to see whether the payments went through myself so that I could copy down the confirmation number. Should I delete Google Chrome as a browser? I really don’t want to do that but the app nhas become unresponsive. When I talked to the person at the bank today she said my payments had gone through on Microsoft Edge. Any clarificaiton would be appreciated. Mary Jo Partyka choir...@gmail.com -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
