Once you have scheduled a ride and you receive the driver’s name, license, and 
car make and model, you can call or text (I always text, figuring he or she is 
driving) and inform the driver. Alternatively, you can wait unntil the “Your 
Uber has arrived,” and tell them to look for you and that you have a cane. You 
also have the option of putting a photo of yourself in your profile so that the 
driver can look for you.
