Hello Ramy,

The short answer to your question, and this is just a guess, is that the 
attachment is not being downloaded from the server, correctly.  

This can be caused by far too many reasons to list here but I would suggest 
that, when this happens, you attempt to access your email account via a web 
browser and see if you can download the file from there.  If you cannot, then 
you will definitely know that the problem has something to do with either the 
file or the server and not the Mac Mail Client.

Again, this is just a guess.

Hi all:

Am Sure that Something is not right here.
Sometimes when i need to download attachments using the Mac Native mail app.i 
open  the message, and i hit file / save attachments, and i got the dialogue to 
choose the place for my attachments,

do not know why, sometimes when i need to do this in some emails, i can press 
on save attachment, but nothing happened, and Voice over just read the 
Attachment name, why i did not get the Dialogue for saving? and why this 
Happened?
